Besan aur Methi ka Chilla | Resturant in Delhi
Besan ka chilla is a very popular breakfast item in many Indian households. It is made by making a batter of gram flour and adding various spices to the batter. The batter is then poured on a hot griddle and thin pancakes are made and fried till crispy on both the sides. This is a very healthy snack by itself. I added methi leaves to the batter to make it even healthier. You can add any green of your choice to the batter or can make the chilla without it as well. This recipe is good for diabetic patients as besan is a recommended flour for them. Try to make the chillas as thin as possible for a nice and crunchy finish. So here is the recipe.
