Anaar ka Raita | Resturant in Delhi

Anar ka Raita
Anar ka Raita
With many recipes, we recommend an accompanying raita. So here is an excellent option of making a nice lookingraita with red seeds of pomegranate fruit or anaar called anaar ka raita. Pomegranates are one of the most ancient of the fruits, extremely tasty and are rich in vitamin C and a good source of dietary fiber. It has been many years since I’ve been preparing and having anaar ka raita, I still remember I had it for the first time at a restaurant and immediately fell in love with it. The raita always turns out so well that I hardly ever have any left over. Anaar ka raita has just the right amount of balance of taste as sweet, tangy and salty. Its a low-calorie, very healthy and tasty raita. The pomegranate comes in either white or red seeds, however I recommend using the red variety as the red pomegranate seeds stand out and enhance the appeal of your meal table along with the taste. The raita should always be serve chilled and does wonders to the taste of your biryani, pulao, curries or plain dal and rice. Use this easy-to-follow recipe to impress your guests with the look, feel and taste of your raita.
