Top 5 Indian Fine Dining Restaurants in Delhi
If you're a foodie who loves fine dining, Delhi is an excellent place to experience the best of Indian cuisine. From the traditional to the contemporary, it has many of the top restaurants in India. You wont regret trying these Delhi fine dining restaurants.
1. Bukhara
Bukhara is probably the most famous restaurant in India. It's got an extensive string of awards to its name, and is consistently voted amongst the world's best restaurants. There's plenty of hype surrounding this restaurant, which has achieved cult status in the 25 years since it was opened, but it's not unjustified. Bukhara is known for its rustic atmosphere, open fronted kitchen, and delectable Northwest Frontier tandoori cuisine -- oh, and for the fact that US presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have dined there. If you're interested in trying what they ate, ask for the special mixed meat Clinton Platter or Obama Platter. This restaurant is best suited to non-vegetarians. Be sure to make a reservation.

This restaurant delivers a regal dining experience, resplendent with marble, chandeliers, and one of the most refined forms of cooking from the royal Mughal kitchens in India -- a 200 year old technique of slow roasting in sealed pots over a very low flame. This allows the meat to cook in its own juices. As you can imagine, it's a non-vegetarian's delight! Don't go without reserving a table.
